As every piece is specially made for you, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to let you know your beautiful new pieces are on their way.

Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for delivery within New Zealand.

• Flat rate shipping: $10 NZD
• Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD

Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so kindly provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

We use Pass the Parcel for all New Zealand deliveries.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If delivering to a business address, please include the business name when placing your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges that may apply once your parcel arrives in your country.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Before dispatching your order, we may need to confirm transaction details with your payment provider for security purposes.

Once your garment has been completed, orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Should there be any unexpected delay due to fabric availability or production timing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

If you require your order urgently, please feel free to contact us and we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

As our garments are handcrafted in New Zealand, many of our pieces are made to order or available as pre-order styles.

This allows us to create garments thoughtfully, reduce waste, and continue supporting local craftsmanship here in New Zealand.
