Returns & Exchanges
Our Fit Promise
We want you to love your Carmen Kirstein garment.
If your garment does not fit as expected, you are welcome to exchange it for another size, colour, or style, subject to stock and fabric availability.
To make the process easy, all New Zealand orders include a return shipping label should you need to return your garment for an exchange due to sizing or a fault.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return, garments must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to arrange an exchange or discuss a return.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship. If you believe your garment has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item. If the fault cannot be repaired or resolved, a full refund will be provided.
International Returns
For customers outside New Zealand, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If you require a different size, colour, style, or need to return an item due to a fault, please contact us and we will provide return instructions. Returned items should be sent via your local postal service.
