Returns & Exchanges

As our garments are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your garment does not fit as expected, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at carmenkirstein@gmail.com and we will do our best to help with an alternative size or solution.

Returned garments must be:

• unworn
• in original condition
• with tags attached
• returned in original packaging

While every garment is carefully made to the highest standard, if there is ever an issue with your order please reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.
