Our designs have been developed in consultation with experienced lingerie store owners who work closely with women of all ages, shapes and sizes every day. Their feedback has helped us refine our fits, lengths and fabric selections to create garments that real women enjoy wearing.

Unlike many brands, our collections have been stocked in specialist boutiques and lingerie stores for years, where customers can see and feel the quality for themselves. This ongoing support from independent retailers has helped shape our range and gives us valuable insight into what women are looking for in beautiful sleepwear.

Every garment is carefully made in New Zealand using thoughtfully selected fabrics, with a focus on comfort, durability and attention to detail.

Every Carmen Kirstein garment is carefully made in New Zealand, allowing us to maintain the high standards of quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that are important to us.

Rather than producing large quantities to sit in a warehouse, each garment is made in small batches or created to order using thoughtfully selected fabrics. This approach allows us to focus on quality over quantity, minimise waste, and create pieces designed to be worn and enjoyed for years.

From cutting and sewing through to the finishing details, we take pride in creating garments that reflect the care and craftsmanship that New Zealand-made products are known for.

As every piece is specially made for you there will be between 1-5 days for your order to be made. Once it is finished you will receive an email with the tracking number and to say your lovely pieces are on their way to you! Please allow 1-4 days for the parcel to be sent to you!

Returns

Our garments are all made to order and therefor we don't provide refunds or exchanges. If your garment doesn't fit you then please send us an email to carmenkirstein@gmail.com and we will help you with a different size. This must be done 10 days after receiving your garment and the garment needs to be sent back in the original packaging along with tags and must be in its original condition that it arrived in. 

Our garments are made to the highest quality, but if there is a flaw please contact us and we will come up with a solution to help you.
